Probate and Family Court Process
We serve all documents issued from the Probate and Family Court.  Our Staff is ready to assist you with everything from Service of a Summons and Complaint to enforcement of a Capias (Civil Warrant of Arrest). 

Subpoena Service
When a client requires service of a subpoena they can simply fax it to us and we will notarize it and attach the witness fees so that the downtime that the subpoena would normally spend in the mail reaching us is completely eliminated. 

Landlord/ Eviction Services
When a landlord requires service on a tenant regarding the termination of a tenancy we realize that time is extremely important to our client.  Our main goal is to attempt to get the tenant to vacate the premises without any court action. In a matter that may require the eviction process to go forward it is essential to get notices served as soon as possible. We can help you get started so that no time or money is wasted.  

Child Support Enforcement
If you or anyone that you know is owed child support give us a call.  We can help you collect and in some cases the Defendant will be held responsible for the costs incurred through his or her apprehension. 

Locate
We can assist in locating individuals who’s whereabouts is unknown.  If you find yourself in the position where you must get service on someone but do not know where to find the individual we will assist you in locating them.  Through utilizing various resources we will locate them and confirm their whereabouts so that service can be made.
